Providing all your anti-inflammation and anti-oxidants, this delicious blend has been scientifically formulated with the correct amount of black pepper to increase the body's ability to absorb turmeric. Golden Latte: Simply add 1/2 a teaspoon of CountrySpices Turmeric Latte Blend to your favourite hot milk or water and stir well.

Iced Golden Latte: Dissolve 1/2 a teaspoons of CountrySpices Turmeric Latte Blend in boiling water for a few seconds. Pour mixture over a cup of ice and top up with your favourite hot milk and stir well.
