This is the original, simple chicken pickle and this recipe offers you a fried chicken consistency in a pickle form with the accompaniment of garlic, ginger, onion, and peanuts. This is sure to fire up your dishes whether it's a bowl of rice or a bowl of hot noodles. The possibilities are endless!

Once opened, the pickle can be best used for up to 6 months. Refrigeration is recommended as the pickle has no artificial colours or preservatives.

Ingredients: Chicken chunks, mustard oil, garlic, ginger, onion, peanuts, chillies & red chilli powder, cumin, fenugreek, ajwain, soya sauce, white sesame, vinegar
