Smoked Beef forms a staple of the cuisine of Meghalaya and across many tribes of NorthEast India. Smoked meats are a life-saver for quick meals, keep them always in your fridge!!

This package contains 1 kg of beef when raw which reduces in weight after the smoking process to preserve it for an extended period of time. The meat is boneless and contains strips of smoked beef. This meat is not ready to eat and needs to be cooked first.

Storage instructions:

  • If you're not eating it right away, keep the package the freezer with the packaging still on. It will stay good for up to 2 weeks.

  • If you've opened the package, store it in the refrigerator and eat it within 2 days
