Smoked Pork Chutney

This delicious bottle of pickle is made with local pork meat. What makes it a great pickle is the smoky flavour of the pork which has been wood smoked. The chutney has chunks of smoked pork along with typical northeastern dry spices, including ginger, garlic, sichuan pepper and black pepper with a bit of vinegar, which combine to create an explosion of flavours in your mouth.
