Spearmint Green Tea

A classic combination of fresh Green Tea and Spearmint leaves for a great start to your morning or to unwind after a hectic day. When blended with spearmint, also known as garden mint or common mint, green tea functions as a powerful antioxidant. Spearmint inherently is high in antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds that may help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. It may even reduce stress and improve memory. 

Steeping Instructions:

• Take 2.5 gm/1.75 tsp of spearmint green Tea
• Boil 180 ml of water to 80 - 85 degrees centigrade
• Pour the boiling water over the tea.
• Steep it for 3-4 minutes. The brew makes a pale yellow brew
• Drink plain without milk
• Best to sweeten with honey
• Can also be consumed cold, just add ice once the brew is cool
